Cancellation Policy

We make every effort to deliver all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons may include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Our Customer Service Team will inform you at the earliest if your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back to your Card Account.

Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellation requests shall be considered when made within 24 hours after placing the order. However, when the shipment process has already been initiated the cancellation request cannot be entertained. No cancellations shall be entertained for products that Adultsstuff.in has offered for special occasions like Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc. Cancellations shall not be possible for these are time-limited occasion offers.

Replacement / Exchange Policy

We will not accept replacement or exchange for products that are not to your liking.

Damaged/ Defective

  • We require full parcel opening video for any exchange of products.
  • In the unlikely event that a replaceable product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered. you may return the product unused along with its original invoice and in the same condition as you received it in its original packaging along with original tags for an exchange within 4 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
  • Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
  • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a replacement or exchange.
  • All refunds would be processed within 10 days.
